Location was perfect for our family needs. Host had excellent communication with easy check-in. Recommend to anyone staying in North Beach to consider this house. You will not be disappointed.

We came for a family wedding. Many other wedding guests were staying in hotels about 1/2 an hour away. We had communications with the were looking for something closer with more space than a hotel room. I researched rentals and was very happy to find Cozy Cottage, which suited our needs exactly. We communicated with the property managers several times before, during and after our stay and they were always very responsive and helpful. When we arrived the check-in was very smooth . And the Cottage was even better than expected, nicely decorated and equipped with all the conveniences that make life easy. We found a grocery store and restaurants that made deliveries. The wedding venue was under 10 minutes away.
