Rising Sun Cottage W/ Beach Views!

We had an amazing time!!! The house is well appointed with updated appliances, cleaning supplies, soft towels, full kitchen items as described! We spent most of our time on the screened in porch!! Awesome bay views!! No beach view or access. Nice to have 4 bathrooms!! (1 full bath ensuite and a 1/2 bath upstairs and 1 full bath on lower level, and half bath on main floor). A tiny bit disappointed that there wasn't an additional full bath upstairs with the bedrooms but we made it work!!! Spiral staircase was a bit daunting at first! As another reviewer stated, outside stairs were a great workaround for luggage. The host was very responsive! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The home is beautiful and has beautiful views. The host communication was great and effortless! This was a great spot for our small family gathering! We even found a few shark's teeth.

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally clean, well organized and clearly cared for. The home felt fresh the moment we walked in. The carpet looked brand new, and every room was spotless.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were cozy. The towels were plush and soft, which is always appreciated (especially if you're picky about textures).The exterior staircases came in handy (like another reviewer had said). Personally, I'm not a fan of spiral staircases, and I was traveling with my older father, so having the outside stairs made bringing luggage up and down so much easier. It's one of those thoughtful details that shows the owners considered their guests' comfort and accessibility.I also loved the little touches throughout the home, like providing dark towels specifically for makeup removal.The property was exactly as described, thoughtfully equipped, and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place to stay. (No direct beach access though.)

This is a beautiful house. The house were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely family friendly. Amazing memories were made this week.
